The Game Design program at One Roof Multimedia is meant for people who want to be in the Game industry get into game design and development. Students will learn the technical tools required to build engaging games and explore the fundamentals of story telling and behavioral and play psychology. The major course will involve character design, set design, 3D modeling, rigging and have advanced 3D animation technology, this course focuses on preparing the student to become a good game designer.
Students will learn history and theory of Play, Game Art, Game Design, and Game Developmentand Gaming, 2D and 3D graphics, simulation and modeling, user interface design, storytelling and narrative architecture, Current best practices/developments in Game design,
Online Games, Casual Games, Mobile Games, Educational Games, serious and strategy games, apply their theoretical learning to prototype, test and develop game projects of different sizes and complexity. The various techniques employe in game art, the game design principles, and programming games for various platforms. During the process of making these games, students will work in multidisciplinary teams, thereby getting exposure to how real-world gaming companies operate and will be a part of a creative community with strong external networks. it as a 3D Game Artists, Level Designer, or Plugin/Tool Developer.
